About
This course provided strategic ways to build and develop relationships with athletes and parents. I loved the approaches and insights on how to help a coach shift from a purely performance-minded approach to one that wins in every aspect. As a first-time coach, I was initially worried, but now I feel much better and more confident.

J.P. Nerbun is one of the leading voices in coach development and mentorship, and he has worked with hundreds of coaches to up their game and build better team culture.

Lots of awesome material, and ways to go with each player individually if need be on playing time issues. Best of all 90% of the material is about being proactive rather than reactive, which will save time and frustration.
