Keynote Speaking

Duration: 45-90 minutes

Workshop Facilitation

Duration: 90 minutes to 4 hours
  • Transformational Leadership: Develop your personal leadership system to support the mindset, behaviors, and growth needed to be an effective transformational leader.
  • Building Your Culture System: A facilitated interactive Q&A for those familiar with the Culture System framework (having read the book or taken online courses), helping leaders apply it in their specific contexts.
  • Coaching for Transformation: Learn the principles, mindset, and skills of coaching others for meaningful change. Participants will practice these skills in real scenarios used in executive and life coaching.
  • Immunity to Change: Identify the most critical change needed to elevate your leadership, diagnose obstacles, uncover your immunity to change, and develop a plan to overcome these challenges.

Target Audience: 12-150 leaders

Team Facilitation

Duration: From a minimum of 2 hours to multi-day retreats
  • Organizational Mission, Vision, & Strategy: Work with a leadership team (e.g., clubs, athletic departments, schools, corporations) to clarify your core ideology and develop a system for effective execution.
  • Individual & Team Immunity to Change: Identify the key changes needed to improve your leadership and team performance, diagnose obstacles, and build a plan to overcome them.
  • Equilibria Personality-Diversity Workshop: Enhance self-awareness and team dynamics, and develop interventions and skills for more effective collaboration.

Target Audience: Teams of all sizes, sports, and organizations

Retreat: Cultivating Leadership Through the Power of Coaching

Duration: 2-3 days

Audience: Leaders, typically 6-12 participants

Frequency: Offered once a year for individuals but can also be organized for leadership teams within organizations.
