Retreat Overview

Do you need time and space to recharge, reflect, and refocus?
Are you eager to serve those you lead in more meaningful ways?
Is there a significant change you need to make in your leadership to reach the next level?

For four days and three nights, Stone Harbor, NJ, will be your home base. This peaceful beach town is the perfect place to unwind, reflect, and rejuvenate. Whether you prefer relaxing by the ocean with a good book or enjoying quiet moments of reflection, Stone Harbor in May offers a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle.

This retreat is designed for leaders (sports coaches, administrators, managers, and executives) who are ready to step back from their daily responsibilities and into a serene environment. Here, you will be part of a unique, experiential program that brings together like-minded individuals who seek to grow as leaders through coaching, active listening, and mindfulness.

Over the course of the retreat, you will:

  • Deepen or be introduced to practices in mindfulness, journaling, and yoga—integrating mind, body, and spirit.
  • Experience time to slow down, reflect, laugh, play, and enjoy great food.
  • Leave refreshed and better equipped to step into a world that needs mindful, self-aware leaders capable of fostering awareness and growth in others.
  • Practice and develop skills of effective coaching—maintaining presence, active listening, asking questions, and sharing reflections.

Participants:
You will coach others and be coached within a supportive community of curious and open leaders. The retreat includes a pre- and post-coaching session, creating space to reflect on and apply what you've learned.

This experience is for leaders who want to be more grounded, expand their ability to hold space for others, and unlock the potential within themselves and their teams.
